Once locked, the spec becomes part of every PO, and our QC team certifies each milling lot against it. Lots that don't pass spec are either re-milled, downgraded to a lower-spec product line, or rejected entirely — we never push borderline lots into your brand.

Vacuum packing and nitrogen flushing are premium pack formats that protect rice quality during long supply chains and extend shelf life. They cost 12–25% more than standard BOPP packing, so they're justified when: (a) your pack travels long distances or sits in inventory for months; (b) your brand is positioned as premium and the pack experience matters; (c) you're exporting to humid climates where weevil risk is high; (d) your retail price point easily absorbs the additional packaging cost. We have dedicated vacuum and N2 lines for OEM clients, with capacity to handle 50,000+ packs per month.

For OEM clients in the gift-hamper or corporate-gifting business, we offer a custom service: small batch (500–5,000 unit) productions of premium basmati in custom decorative packaging — wooden boxes, cloth bags with brand embroidery, brass containers, or custom hamper inserts.
