1. Brief & Sample
Share your target grade (1121 / Pusa / Sella / Steam), grain length, broken % tolerance, target retail price and indicative monthly quantity. We dispatch a free sample within 5 working days for your QC approval.
2. Artwork & Compliance
Send your brand artwork — or use our in-house design support. We adapt it to chosen pack format, add FSSAI license, batch code, MRP, nutrition panel and statutory declarations as per FSS (Packaging & Labelling) Regulations 2011.
3. Pack Format Selection
Choose from laminated pouches (1 kg / 5 kg), printed BOPP woven bags (10 kg / 25 kg), jute bags (25 kg / 50 kg) with stencil or sticker labelling. Custom inner-poly + outer carton formats also available.
4. Production & QC
Once artwork and pack format are approved, we run a pilot batch (usually 500 kg) for your sign-off. After approval, full-scale production runs in our Punjab mill with each batch tested for moisture, broken %, foreign matter, aroma profile and grain length.
5. Dispatch & Documentation
Pan-India dispatch with GST invoice, E-way bill, batch certificate and (for export orders) phytosanitary, fumigation and country-of-origin documentation. Container loading at our designated CFS partners.
6. Long-Term Contract
For ongoing private label customers we offer rolling 6-month and 12-month contracts that lock pricing bands, secure paddy at procurement, and reserve mill capacity in your name — eliminating supply uncertainty during peak season.

What is the MOQ for private label basmati rice?
For laminated retail pouches (1 kg / 5 kg) — typical MOQ is 2 tons per SKU per run. For 25 kg / 50 kg sticker-labelled or stencilled bags — MOQ starts at 1 ton. For full custom-printed BOPP bags — MOQ is 5 tons (driven by the printing plate setup). We are flexible on first-batch trial quantities.
How long does a private label production cycle take?
From confirmed artwork & pack format to dispatch: typically 12–18 working days for sticker / stencil labelling, and 25–35 working days for full custom-printed bags (because of printing plate lead time). Repeat orders run faster — usually 7–10 days.
Will my brand artwork remain confidential?
Absolutely. Every private label engagement starts with a mutual NDA. Your artwork, recipe specifications, supplier list and contract terms are held strictly confidential and never reused or shown to other clients.
Do you support exports under private label?
Yes — we are an active exporter ourselves and handle complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, BL coordination) for private label container shipments. Country-specific labelling requirements (Arabic, Persian, EU food info regulation) are supported.

Yes — we welcome plant visits by serious buyers. Schedule with our B2B sales team and we will arrange a guided tour of our paddy intake, milling, polishing, grading, packing and QC lab sections.
What pricing model do you use?
For private label, pricing is built up transparently: paddy cost (fixed at procurement) + milling & polishing + packing material + labour & overheads + your margin band. Pricing is locked for the contract period (typically 6 months) so you can plan retail pricing without supply-side surprises.
